It is worth mentioning that Ms. Asmaa has hugely contributed to the radio astronomy program at SAASST. She helped to build the "Decametric Radio Telescope" and the "40-m Radio Interferometer." She actively participated in all of SAASST research laboratories activities and contributed to many research papers. It is to say that Ms. Asmaa will be missed a lot because of her heavy role in the radio astronomy program. We wish her great success in her new experience as a teacher.

Farewell Ceremony to Ms. Asmaa Abdulsalam Alhameed SAASST Research Assistant
The Sharjah Academy for Astronomy, Space Sciences, and Technology has organized an informal farewell ceremony on Jul. 29, 2021, to Ms. Asmaa Abdulsalam Alhameed, a SAASST research assistant at the Radio Astronomy Laboratory. Ms. Asmaa is leaving us for a teaching position in one of the UAE schools. She joined SAASST in 2017.
