In light of this global pandemic, and in order to keep you safe,
we have taken some necessary measures to ensure your safety while you sail through space with us. Our mission is to bring you closer to the Universe, and for that, we need to bring you closer to us!
Entry Requirements
Wear A Mask!
To ensure less exposure to COVID-19 for you, your family, and others, always wear your mask during your visit to SAASST.
Check Your Temperature
Make sure to check your temperature at the Visitors Entrance using our thermal camera. If you are feeling under the weather, stay home!
Social Distancing
To fully enjoy your SAASST experience safely, always maintain a social distance of 2 meters between your party and other visitors.

Planetarium
Our Planetarium has a UniView system that projects over 10 million stars and celestial objects on a 360 degrees screen. This is a unique experience that will transport you from the edge of your seat to the depths of the Universe.

Our team of scientists and engineers work nonstop on revolutionary research and projects in astronomy, space sciences, and their technologies. We want to positively impact the UAE and international space sectors.

Observatory
With two observatories - the Sharjah Optical Observatroy and the Sharjah Lunar Impact Observatory - and a dedicated team, we observe the Universe day and night. From stars, planets, the Sun, the Moon, exoplanets, to much more... we see it all!
