Hello

I am a Research Assistant at Sharjah Academy for Astronomy, Space Sciences and Technology
while being a Master’s student in Space Sciences and Astronomy at the University of Sharjah.

My research interests include observation, detection and analysis of lunar impact flashes, spectrophotometry of binary stars, orbital elements reproduction and radial velocity measurement, deducing properties of stellar mass black holes as lenses in astrometric microlensing events, and finally the correlation between the prevalence of sunspots and solar activity.
After graduating from high school with an average of 98.3% (top 1 Emirati graduate in the
emirate of Ajman and top 12 in the country), I have obtained the Mnistry of Education’ Abu
Dhabi’s Education Council and Ministry of Presidential Affairs best achievers award conferred
by (1) Crown prince and de facto ruler of the emirate of Abu Dhabi, deputy supreme
commander of the UAE armed forces, H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, along with
(2) Minister of foreign affairs and international cooperation of the UAE, H.H Sheikh Abdullah Bin
Zayed Al Nahyan and (3) Minister of Education H.E Hussain Bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi. Following
that, I have been granted the Ministry of Education’s Excellence Scholarship for Scientifically
Distinguished Students to do my bachelor’s.
