The different aspects of SAASST were discussed, and Prof. Hamid emphasized His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah, and President of the University of Sharjah, great interest in the academy and his full support to research to make SAASST the best research academy in the world.

Prof. Hamid gave wise directives to all employees and urged them to have a one spirit soul for the success of the academy objectives. He emphasized on the good coordination among the different units of the academy for a smooth environment of work and respect. The visit of Prof. Hamid was an occasion for each SAASST employee to expose any concern prevailing in the academy openly.  Prof. Hamid gave some notes on the setup of the meteorite collection, as well as on the different aspects related to the administration, research, planetarium, and academia pasts of SAASST.
